We provide FREE ground shipping via USPS for orders over $250. For orders under $250, shipping fees will be applied at checkout, $10 on all domestic orders within the USA. In-store pickup is always free. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 3 days of shipment. We gladly accept returns of full priced merchandise for refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original tags attached. Sale merchandise, beauty, apothecary, swimwear, lingerie and any other item marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that have to be special ordered are final sale. Jewelry and shoes must be returned in their original packaging. To qualify for a full refund, return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and items approved for return must be received by The Fold within 7 days of return authorization approval. To request a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com. We are happy to exchange any items eligible for return, based on availability. Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original packaging if possible, and ship via your carrier of choice to The Fold, 8726 Pacific Street, Omaha NE 68114. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, and issued within 7 days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
