Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of full-priced merchandise for refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original tags attached. Sale merchandise, beauty, apothecary, swimwear, lingerie and any other item marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that are special ordered are final sale. Jewelry and shoes must be returned in their original packaging. To qualify for a full refund, return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and items approved for return must be received by The Fold within 14 days of return authorization approval. To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected]. We are happy to exchange any items eligible for return, based on availability. Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original packaging if possible, and ship via the carrier of your choice to The Fold, 8726 Pacific Street, Omaha NE 68114. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.



Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and issued within 7 days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please note that the original shipping fees are not refundable.


Fit Guide

Each designer we carry runs differently. In an effort to prevent returns due to fit, we have included sizing information in the product descriptions as provided by the designers, as well as our suggestion on whether to take your normal size. If you have any questions about fit, please don’t hesitate to call us at 402-614-4331 and our stylists can assist in determining the best size.


Merchandise Availability

We do our best to represent current inventory on the website, but merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.


Order Processing

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 12pm CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and the associated tracking number.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
